A Significant Update on Concord

 

To Our Concord Fans,

We’ve been listening closely to your feedback since Concord launched on PlayStation 5 and PC, and we want to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has joined us on this journey aboard the Northstar. Your support and the vibrant community that has emerged around the game mean the world to us.

While many aspects of the experience have resonated with players, we acknowledge that some elements of the game and our initial launch didn’t meet expectations. As a result, we’ve made the difficult decision to take the game offline starting September 6, 2024, while we explore new options to better serve our players.

Effective immediately, Concord sales will cease, and we will begin offering full refunds to all players who purchased the game for PS5 or PC. If you bought the game for PlayStation 5 through the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

For those who purchased from other digital storefronts, refunds will also be provided. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Steam Store: Steam will automatically refund players who purchased the game, with confirmation sent once the process is complete.
  • Epic Games Store: Epic Games Store will also refund players and will contact each customer directly to confirm the refund.
  • Other Retailer Refunds: If you purchased a physical copy from a retailer outside of PlayStation, please refer to their refund process for obtaining your refund.

Please note that once refunds are processed, players will no longer have access to the game.

We’ll keep you updated on our next steps, and we want to extend our deepest thanks to all the Freegunners who have ventured with us into the Concord galaxy.
